Album Art
At True Alternative, we prioritize audio quality by exclusively playing WAV files, which are uncompressed and offer the highest fidelity sound. However, unlike MP3s or other lossy formats, WAV files do not transfer embedded metadata consistently. As a result, our online player may display album artwork when it’s available from external sources, but it may also show our logo when that information isn’t accessible. The absence of artwork is a trade-off for delivering the best possible listening experience.
